Groom it is the first mobile platform app founded in 2016, connecting pet owners with groomers. Groomit offers a marketplace of pet stylists and groomers that pet owners can connect with for a variety of services, including haircuts, shampoos, nail clippings, and ear cleanings.

OUR SOLUTION

We revamped the Instagram page

The Instagram page was revamped to match the client’s brandbook, with the addition of unique designs and illustrations tailored to the account.

To represent Groomit’s identity and structure information for new followers and those coming from paid ads, a «Highlights» section was introduced.

A diverse content strategy was developed to foster engagement and build trust.

This strategy included before-and-after cases, groomer success stories, and edutainment content.

Engaging Reels were produced weekly to organically connect with a relevant audience.

Our team built a story behind the brand by creating videos with people. The most successful content pieces were the series about the founders and their stories of why they created the company and why it’s important for them, as pet owners, to ensure their fur babies are groomed safely.

We also had successful content with groomer interviews, where they speak about themselves, explain how they chose their path, and share how their love for animals allowed them to be successful in what they do.

Interactive mechanics like polls, quizzes, and Q&A sessions were employed in Stories

to engage with followers, enhance account visibility, and increase organic reach. We closely monitored interactions on Stories to ensure that the content we produced was relevant to the audience.

Two giveaways were hosted on the Groomit page, featuring prizes beneficial for pet owners. This led to a notable 25% increase in Reach.

We used user-generated content:

shared reviews and content from our followers on our page when they tagged us, and made posts in collaboration with dog Instagram accounts.

and posted on Mercedes’s Instagram page as a collaborative reel, resulting in 3k views and raising brand awareness.
